CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – A pending swimming advisory has been issued by the NC Recreational Water Quality Program for the west end of Snow’s Cut in Carolina Beach.
The advisory was issued on Tuesday, July 23, after testing found bacteria levels of 254 enterococci.
