Nearly 17 percent (16.9) of U.S. adults practiced yoga in 2022, according to a new report from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The report, which was compiled by the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics, used data from the 2022 National Health Interview Survey….
