DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – Thousands of runners hit the pavement Saturday morning for the 50th running of the Quad-City Times Bix 7.
Wesley Kiptoo of Kenya was the Bix 7 Elite Men’s winner, while Rachel Chebet of Uganda was the Elite Women’s winner.
